    PART-1

     

    1.   Title and commencement

    These Regulations may be cited as the Feed (Corn Gluten Feed and Brewers Grains) (Emergency Control) (England) (Revocation) Regulations 2007 and come into force on 30th November 2007.

    2.   Revocation

    The Feed (Corn Gluten Feed and Brewers Grains) (Emergency Control) (England) Regulations 2005(4) are revoked.

    3.   Consequential amendments to the Genetically Modified Animal Feed

         (England) Regulations 2004

    (1)    Regulation 8 (inspection, seizure and detention of suspected animal feed) of the Genetically Modified Animal Feed (England) Regulations 2004(5) is amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3).

    (2)    In paragraph (5) the expression “Subject to paragraph (6)” is substituted for the expression “Subject to paragraphs (5A), (5B) and (6)”.

    (3)    Paragraphs (5A) and (5B) are omitted.

    4.   Consequential amendment of the Official Feed and Food Controls (England)

          Regulations 2006

    In Schedule 2 (definition of relevant feed law) of the Official Feed and Food Controls (England) Regulations 2006(6), paragraph (f) is omitted.
