Stamp Duty Land Tax Regulations 2003

The Home Information Pack Regulations 2006
The main purpose of these Regulations is to prescribe the documents to be included in home information packs and the circumstances in which they are included (Parts 1 to 4 of the Regulations). The duties to have a home information pack which complies with these Regulations are found in sections 155 to 159 of the Housing Act 2004 ("the home information pack duties"). In general, the duties apply to a "responsible person" as described in sections 151 to 153 of the Housing Act 2004  More Info

The Assured and Protected Tenancies (Lettings to Students) (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2009
These Regulations amend Schedule 2 to the Assured and Protected Tenancies (Lettings to Students) Regulations 1998 to specify Beach General Partner Limited and Beach Nominee Limited for the purpose of paragraph 8 of Schedule 1 to the Housing Act 1988. The effect of specification is that a tenancy granted by the body in question to a student at an educational institution specified in the 1988 Regulations is not an assured tenancy for the purposes of the 1988 Act.  More Info
The Housing Renewal Grants (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2009

The Housing Benefit and Council Tax Benefit (Child Benefit Disregard and Child Care Charges) Regulations 2009

The Stamp Duty and Stamp Duty Reserve Tax (Investment Exchanges and Clearing Houses) Regulations (No. 8) 2009
These Regulations exempt from stamp duty and stamp duty reserve tax (“SDRT”) certain transfers of, or agreements to transfer traded securities made in the course of trading in those securities on the Facility. The transfers and agreements exempted are those involving EuroCCP and/or LCH.Clearnet Limited and/or SIX X-CLEAR AG (“X-CLEAR”) (and nominees of either clearing house), through whom transactions on the Facility are cleared, or clearing participants in EuroCCP or LCH.Clearnet Limited or SIX X-CLEAR AG (and their nominees). These Regulations also exempt transactions on the Facility between EuroCCP, LCH.Clearnet Limited and SIX X-CLEAR AG.  More Info

The Real Estate Investment Trusts (Joint Venture Groups) Regulations 2007
These Regulations make provision for the Real Estate Investments Trusts Regime (“the UK-REIT regime”), which was introduced by Part 4 of the Finance Act 2006 (c.25) (“the Act”) and amended by Schedule 17 to the Finance Act 2007 (c.11), to apply to joint ventures carried on through groups of companies. These Regulations provide that companies within the UK-REIT regime may elect to treat a joint venture carried on through a group of companies in which they have an interest (and which joint venture is not a group within the UK-REIT regime) to be treated in accordance with these Regulations as being within the UK-REIT regime  More Info
The Regulatory Reform (Business Tenancies) (England and Wales) Order 2003
This Order amends Part 2 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 (security of tenure for business, professional and other non-residential tenants) ("Part 2").
