The Contaminants in Food (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2007
These Regulations, which apply in relation to England only, amend the Contaminants in Food (England) Regulations 2007 (S.I. 2007/210) (“the 2007 Regulations”). They make provision for the execution and enforcement of Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1126/2007 amending Regulation (EC) No. 1881/2006 setting maximum levels for certain contaminants in foodstuffs as regards Fusarium toxins in maize and maize products (OJ No. L255, 29.9.2007, p.14)  More Info

The Housing Health and Safety Rating System (England) Regulations 2005
Part 1 of the Housing Act 2004 (the Act) introduces the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS), an evidence-based system for assessing housing conditions. Sections 2 and 4 of the Act provide for regulations to be made to prescribe descriptions of hazards, the method for assessing the seriousness of hazards and the manner and extent of inspections of residential premises to see whether category 1 or 2 hazards exist. The Act imposes a duty on local authorities to take enforcement action where a category 1 hazard exists and gives discretion to take action where a category 2 hazard exists  More Info

The Health and Safety (Display Screen Equipment) Regulations 1992
These Regulations shall, subject to regulation 1(4), apply to and in relation to the premises and activities outside Great Britain to which sections 1 to 59 and 80 to 82 of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 apply by virtue of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 (Application Outside Great Britain) Order 1989[4] as they apply within Great Britain.  More Info
