These Regulations may be cited as the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (Amendment) Regulations 2007, and shall come into force on 1st January 2008.
2.Amendments to the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations 2006
The amendments to the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations 2006(3) (“the 2006 Regulations”) specified in the Schedule to these Regulations shall have effect.
The amendments made by these Regulations to regulation 73 (offences) of the 2006 Regulations shall not apply in relation to any information or report furnished before 1st January 2008.
