Remember that you now have a legal obligation (from April 2003) to provide the same categories of information to all staff - including directors. The Net Lawman director's service agreement covers all current legislation.
Gone are the days when you could buy an employment contract form from your local stationer and fill in a name. Today an employer must comply with a mountain of employment legislation. This contract is designed to be fair and reasonable, but above all, to protect your business.

Why use this document: The law says that you must provide certain information to employees within 2 months of the date they start work. A contract binds both sides to the contractual obligations, not just the employer, so it is to be preferred.
