Who will use this manual?
HSE13 is a comprehensive 'all round' manual for use in the construction industry. It is suitable for small 'handymen' firms, with only a handful of employees, up to a construction business with 5,000 employees. Processes specific to your business entail specific risks. The more specialised and dangerous your operations, the more you must liaise with your H&S inspectorate and take detailed advice on aspects of your H&S policy which will require additions to your manual.
