This letter, suitable for an employer, confirms and acknowledges the maternity leave dates that the employee has chosen for the start date for their maternity leave. It also tells the employee when she is expected to return to work. This letter deals only with ordinary maternity leave and is therefore suitable where the employee has worked for the employer for less than 26 weeks. In line with the law, the employee will be entitled to return to her original job if she takes only the 26 weeks leave allowed. |
