· this document is for the usual commission agency arrangement where the agent takes orders and the Principal delivers and collects money. If you want to use the services of a “manufacturer’s agent”, this agreement is appropriate.

The Commercial Agents (Council Directive) Regulations 1993 say that you must make certain provisions in a contract of sales agency with an agent resident in the EU. This document is designed for use inside or outside the EU. The notes advise what may safely be changed if change is required.
