Which to use?
The documents deal with the two parts of a secondment. First, use EMP332 to decide the terms between you and the employee. Second, use EMP333 to decide the terms between you and the temporary host. It is most likely you will need both documents – that is, unless you have already been able to provide for the possibility of secondment in the original contract of employment with your employee.
