About EQ09
EQ09 suits circumstances where a horse is retired or semi retired. Clearly, when a friend does a favour in taking a horse out of charity, an agreement may not be necessary. However, most such agreements do provide for the “carer” to have some nenefit - light hacking or a foal or two perhaps. In the case of horss retired from top level competition, the activities still permitted may be extensive. The deal is a matter for agreement. This template document provides ideas and framework for a happy retirement!

Uses to which horse may be put;
Transfer to ownership at later date if desired;
Warranties that may affect degree of care and ability for further use;
