Residential tenancy

Tenancy agreements for flats and houses, residential licenses for single room renting and other templates and contracts to enable a letting to take place. Use one of our landlord packs to manage a tenancy from start to finish.

If you are letting a room, a flat or a house and would like to double check which sort of agreement you should use, read the page  Which type of agreement do you need?. This will direct you to the most appropriate agreement. If none of the circumstances apply to you, then either continue and use our online software to draft your agreement (which you can edit in Word later) or click Back in your browser to return to this page, select the correct document and edit it yourself.
