This is a comprehensive Fee Protection agreement, often called an 'Irrevocable Master Fee Protection agreement' (IMFPA). It sets the terms between an intermediary and the seller in an International transaction. It is similar to an introducer's agreement. Although an introducer's agreement is agreed often as an ongoing relationship, this document is suitable where the intermediary introducer has already secured the deal for the seller with the buyer and now seeks to set up an arrangement to protect his referral fee. |
