This is a royalties agreement between an ‘artist’ (who has designed or who has agreed to design a product) and a manufacturer who will manufacture (and market) the product under its name, in return for which, the artist will be paid a royalty per product sold. The agreement governs the terms upon which the artist will receive payment for his work. |
