This comprehensive Employment Agency agreement sets the terms between the agency and individual businesses who require workers to work for them permanently. It is not suitable where the business wants only temporary workers.
Do ensure you are an Employment Agency (often called a Recruitment Agency) and not an Employment Business. ‘The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003' defines the two:
An "employment agency" (often called a recruitment agency) is one that provides staff who is then employed by the ‘client employer'.
An "employment business" on the other hand, provides staffs who do not become employed by the Hirer but who are seconded or supplied to a ‘client employer'.
