How we charge

	We will give you a fee estimate for your work. We will aim to stick to this amount, and will only change it if you substantially change your instructions
	Our fee estimate is based on a fixed cost per hour that includes the time we spend drafting the letter or document, and advising you by telephone or e-mail
	We don’t charge extra for normal office expenses

Payment

	You must credit your account before we start work
	Payment is made easily and quickly through our website
	You can top up your account with any sum you wish and however often you like. If for any reason there is balance on your account after we have finished your work, we will return it to you immediately when you ask
	We invoice you immediately on payment
