The Net Lawman divorce service is available at two different levels of help to see you through the maze. We can draw every document and letter and complete every form for you or you can come to us only when you need support. Our staff are professional, expert and understanding.

We will take your case and advise you at every step. We will complete every form and draft every letter - all in accordance with the information you give us. All that we do not do is post the papers to court or to your “soon-to-be-ex”, nor do we attend court with you. All work is by email, post or telephone.

Undefended divorce documents and letters pack - £95

This also is totally comprehensive. We give you:

• Examples of text for every form
• Blank forms for you to use
• Example letters to court and to your “soon-to-be-ex”

and, we are always ready to give you advice or help if you suddenly decide you want it (additional help is charged at £80 plus VAT per hour)

If you want help about your own circumstances, pay just £50 for an assessment and perhaps a phone call. We will ask the questions and tell you what you need to know when we have your answers.

Documents and forms – from £2.95

If you have an undefended divorce, you can use our documents and forms to quicken the divorce process and lessen the need to see a solicitor.

Now here it is in detail

• This service is suitable for the vast majority of divorce cases. First we ask you all the questions, then we enter all the text in all the forms as follows:
  
  • Petition
  • Statement of arrangement for the children
  • Affidavit in support of the petition
  • Application to make decree nisi absolute
  
  and all letters to everyone
• In the unlikely event that your case is not straightforward, we will advise you on practical and legal alternatives. Any further work you want us to do or documents you want us to draft will be charged at our standard rate of £85 per hour.
• The service includes not only the drafting of all the documents mentioned above, but thorough instructions to you as to what to do with each and when (including current court fees) and providing you with accompanying letters to the court or other party.
• We can work at such low cost because:
  
  • We do not maintain expensive city offices.
  • We do not use low level support staff who must be trained and watched.
  • We do not provide face to face meetings.
  • We do not have to comply with miles of expensive red tape.
  • We do not spend hours waiting at court (because we do not attend court for you)

We work only against cash in advance. You can top up your account in any sum you wish. VAT is charged extra to all quoted prices.
