PCK050 includes essential documents required to settle your finances when you divorce. You should start with this pack as the base for your financial settlement.
If you know have children, a matrimonial home, joint pensions, joint insurance schemes etc, you will also need one or more of documents FAM11 – FAM15. You can either choose the single documents at ₤9 each (in addition to the basic pack) or if you know you will need more than one extra document, you can choose the complete pack (PCK051) which provides the basic pack and all additional documents and forms. If in doubt, choose the complete pack.
