When to use this landlord pack
This pack can be used by any landlord renting one or more furnished houses for residential purposes. It can be reused again for different properties making it particularly useful for the buy-to-let owner. It can also be adapted easily to become suitable for unfurnished properties.
Both tenancy agreements hold the tenants jointly and severally liable for the tenancy (all tenants are jointly responsible for payment of rent and not individual shares).
