| The Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2008 |

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 61(5) and 65 of the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006(1): |

| |
In accordance with section 56(3)(p) of that Act he has consulted the Welsh Ministers: |
|
|
|
| |
(1) |
This Order may be cited as the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2008. |
| |
(2) |
In this Order, “the Act” means the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006. |
|
