 For this, all we ask is that you:do these things for sure:

• edit our documents as necessary to comply with your law, at least to the extent of say 100 documents chosen by you; (we guess many will require no change at all);

• write (or adapt from ours) at least 50 pages of legal information;

 do these things so far as you choose because they will increase sales:

• write new document templates specifically for your market;
• write articles and undertake some local promotion;
• write articles for a monthly newsletter to customers and clients;
• guide us to government and other forms so far as available and appropriate, so that we can add them to the website.
• provide consumer letters and document templates as far as possible;
• provide a document drafting service on similar lines to that of NL;
• provide an advice and other services as we and you consider appropriate.

 and we will be responsible for:

• construction of Local Website to the pattern of the NL Website;
• provision of ongoing technical support for the Local Website;
• the Local Website engine and database;
• design and writing of web pages;
• search engine optimisation of relevant pages;
• Internet marketing support;
• full hosting;
• payment system;
• full affiliate management service;
• monthly newsletter support;
• monthly provision of such contact information as is provided by clients at the pay point to enable direct contact by you as you require.

We have plenty of other ideas too. For example, if you draft documents which are adapted for use by other jurisdictions, you will be paid a commission on sales of those documents in all our "partner" jurisdictions.

We trade from www.NetLawman.co.uk. We also have NetLawman.com, which we propose to use for business in all other jurisdictions. We have a website which is now very fully automated for the addition of new documents, acts, info pages, and much more. We have made a large investment so as to enable us to tie in any number of "sister" sites quite easily.

We have spent the last two years in experimentation and construction so as to build up a service, a business and a website which "works" as efficiently as possible. We are now prepared for enormous expansion. We intend to drive expansion in our own market primarily by using a web based affiliate service. Affiliate marketing is a very large subject, so if it is new to you, I do recommend that you research it as soon as possible.

 Who are you?

You are a firm of solicitors / lawyers in private practice or a sole practitioner. The advantage to a firm is that you will be able to use the customer information to attract a large proportion of document buyers as long term clients. We have no involvement in your future relationship with such clients and do not ask you to share your subsequent fees with us. This agreement therefore provides very low cost client marketing. For an individual, we offer a perfect opportunity to escape from the office and indulge in a home-based business which could create a substantial income.
