Is your divorce ‘defended’ or ‘undefended’?
If you both agree to the divorce, it is ‘undefended’. We can help. If your divorce is ‘defended’ (that is, one of you does not agree to the divorce), you should seek the advice of a family law expert in your area as you are likely to need representation.
