James Hunt is a City of London-trained corporate and business lawyer with over 25 years legal experience. James is a law graduate of Nottingham University. His early legal career was in London including several years with Clifford-Turner (the predecessor practice to Clifford Chance) where he was trained in IPO and merger and acquisition work.
After a period working in Birmingham (for a law firm that is now part of DLA) he currently practices from Witney in West Oxfordshire with Everyman Legal, the legal business he founded in July 2007. It aims to provide accessible and value for money legal advice to entrepreneurial owner managers.
