The Legal Services Act 2007 (Commencement No. 2 and Transitory Provisions) (Amendment) Order 2008


	Made	18th June 2008

The Lord Chancellor makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 211(2) of the Legal Services Act 2007(1):

1-	Citation
	This Order may be cited as the Legal Services Act 2007 (Commencement No. 2 and Transitory Provisions) (Amendment) Order 2008.
2-	Amendment of the Legal Services Act 2007 (Commencement No. 2 and Transitory Provisions) Order 2008

	(1)	The Legal Services Act 2007 (Commencement No. 2 and Transitory Provisions) Order 2008(2) is amended as follows.
	(2)	In article 2(d)(ii) for “, 113(b)(iii),” substitute—

				“and 113(b)(iii);

			(iii)	in Part 3, paragraphs”.
