About this document
This is a comprehensive manufacture and supply agreement drawn for use between two businesses where the customer intends to use the goods purchased from the supplier in the manufacture of their new goods. The manufacturers goods may therefore be simply a component part of the end product, or perhaps a packaging element of the final product, or an entirly different product which the customer cannot themselves create. It could also be that the customer manufacturer simpy requires additional output to increase their production which of course can be solved by contracting a third pary manufacturer to do the work.
This document provides a watertight solution and is fair to both parties. Use this document to protect your interests.
