This is a professionally drawn employment contract for someone who will provide childcare services in the home of the employer. That may be full-time or part-time, and the employee may live with the employer or not.
Since this is a contract of employment, it assumes that the nanny only works for the employer, and is not self-employed working for multiple clients. If the latter arrangement is the situation, see this alternative child minding agreement.

It covers everything our standard employment contract covers, with additional provisions relevant to this particular employment and where disputes could arise such as: expenses, prompt payment, emergency procedures, parental absence, and hours of work.
