About this document

This notice complies with sections 25 and 58 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.

This notice is intended to bring the tenancy to an end on the date specified in paragraph 2 of notice.

The national security certificate referred to in paragraph 3 of this notice means that the landlord can not grant a new tenancy and the court can not order the grant of new tenancy.
