About this privacy notice
We have taken into account that your data subjects might be:
- personal clients
- third parties connected with business clients (such as employees, directors, owners, suppliers, and agents)
- suppliers and contractors to your own practice
- visitors to your premises and to your website
The majority of personal information that you process is likely to be done on the basis that there is a contract between you and the data subject (or the organisation for which the data subject works), or that the data subject has asked you to do something with the intention of forming a contract.
However, you will also likely process data under the grounds of consent and legitimate interests where the subject is not a client.
We have adapted our standard template accordingly, and while you will need to enter information about your business, we have greatly reduced the number of choices that you need to make about which paragraphs to leave in or remove.
Free to use
We provide this template completely free of charge.
We don't ask you to acknowledge our copyright in it or mention us in any way within it.

The template is written in plain English that is client friendly and structured so that it is both easy to read and easy to edit.
