This notice complies with section 6(2) Housing Act 1988.
It is to be used by the landlord or the tenant when either wishes to propose different terms for a statutory periodic tenancy, whether an assured tenancy, an assured shorthold tenancy or an assured agricultural occupancy.
A tenancy becomes periodic (rolling) when the fixed term stated in the agreement ends.
