Can I pay on a monthly basis?
All membership plans require a single payment up front.
Does a membership plan automatically renew?
Membership plans expire at the end of the membership period. A plan does not automatically renew and we don’t take any further payment from you.
Can I change to another plan if I need more allowances?
We can upgrade you to a plan with greater allowances for the difference in cost between your current plan and the plan you would like to be on. Allowances that you have already used will be deducted from your new plan. You would not be entitled to apply the new plan’s pricing discounts to documents and services you previously bought.
How do I cancel before the end of the 12 month period?
Except where you qualify under our money back guarantee, you cannot cancel a membership plan. Your plan will automatically expire at the end of the 12 month period, so there is no need to cancel in advance. We don’t renew your plan automatically.
What happens to my unused allowances at the end of the 12 month period?
Generally, allowances expire at the end of the membership period. However, in some circumstances, at our complete discretion, we may extended the period in which they may be used.
Does your money back guarantee apply?
If you change your mind about the membership plan before using it intensively, we will refund you in full.
To qualify, you must have
- downloaded no more than one document;
- not used any service that is included as an allowance;
- written to us within 30 days of the membership starting, explaining why the document or membership is not suitable.
During the membership, if you change your mind about a document you have downloaded, contact our support team. Provided that we have no reason to believe you are abusing our refund policy, we will refund a credit.
