Document templates are supplied immediately upon purchase via download or email. By purchasing, you agree to immediate delivery, which waives your 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If delivery has not occurred due to technical issues, you may cancel your order before the product is delivered.
Refunds and Returns:
Refunds are only provided if the document template is proven to be faulty or contains material errors. If an error is identified, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. Return is free of cost. Upon agreement, we will either correct the error or refund the full cost. In case of the document if a refund is issued, you are advised to discard the copies of the document from your record. You can not use the document or any part of it.
