Section 26 notice: request by tenant to renew tenancy
Statutory form Section 26 notice (s26) and explanatory notes to be used by a tenant requesting renewal of his business tenancy.
Section 28 notice: claim by a tenant under s28 of the Leasehold Reform Act 1967
Statutory form with explanatory notes for a notice of tenant\'s claim under section 28 (1) (b) (ii) of the Leasehold Reform Act 1967. The tenant can use this notice when the landlord serves a copy of a certificate given either under s28 of the Act, certifying that the house and premises will in ten years or less be required for relevant development, or under section 57 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, certifying that it is requisite that the use or occupation of the whole or a part of the house and premises should be changed.
